Skep Space: Farmington’s Artist Incubator

A skep is a handmade beehive. In our historic 1910 Carl Gaiser House we offer artists their own hive (artist studio space) for rent. These studio spaces vary in size and price and give our local creatives a convenient place to work anytime. Contact us if you are interested in your very own studio space.

Skep Space is also a place for our community to learn. We offer monthly adult workshops from professional artists. Please visit the Honeycomb Gallery or see our workshop page, Instagram, or Facebook page for more information.

Honeycomb GalleryThe Fruit of the Hive

The Honeycomb Gallery is located on the first floor of the Historic 1910 Carl Gaiser house and features over 50 local professional artists. We invite you to come and shop for ceramics, jewelry, fiber, prints, stained glass, fused and blown glass, watercolor, oil and acrylic paintings and so much more! Our non-profit organization supports local artists and events in our community. Feel good about every purchase for your collection or a gift for someone special.

Every week artists bring new work into the gallery so there is always something new and beautiful. We also feature two artists and a writer each month. Come and join us for refreshments and to meet the artists. Free to the public.

Open Every Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm

Located at 33018 Grand River Avenue (across the street from Dearborn Music)

We also open during downtown events, our monthly featured artist reception, and every First Friday evening of the month.

Have you experienced the Honeycomb Gallery yet? It’s a really special place.
