
Molly McNeece, President
Molly McNeece is a state and national award winning artist and arts educator currently teaching in Southfield Public Schools. In Farmington and Farmington Hills, she designed artwork for the Heritage Park Children’s Nature Discovery Trail and the 275 Bicycle Trail. Molly is best known for her colorful acrylic paintings, pen & ink drawings and lino prints. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Michigan State University.

Becky Burns, Vice President
Becky Burns is best known around Farmington as the former longtime owner of Sunflour Bakehaus. Throughout her two decades in Farmington and Farmington Hills, Burns has been an avid supporter of the arts, helping to launch KickstART Farmington, and creating and running Kids Art Alley, the young artists’ component of Downtown Farmington’s annual Art on the Grand fine arts festival. She previously sat on the boards of KickstART Farmington and Michigan Women’s Media. Burns holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and worked for several years as a newspaper reporter in Metro Detroit and Columbia, Missouri. After recently selling the bakery, she is currently working on rekindling her writing career. She lives in Farmington Hills with her family.

Mary Lou Stropoli
Mary Lou Stropoli is known for her vibrant and thought-provoking artwork, which includes the mural on the side of the Sunflour Bakehaus building in downtown Farmington. She owned Mother Mary’s Toffee Co. in Farmington and now, along with co-founding Skep Space, serves on Farmington’s Public Art Committee and heads the art department at Brother Rice High School in Bloomfield Hills.

Shadia Derbyshire
Shadia Derbyshire draws inspiration from color and texture than distinct subject matters. Through the intricate texture and vibrant colors, she creates a visceral response in the viewer.
She was born and raised in Southeastern Michigan and has a BFA with Honors from Eastern Michigan University. She runs a mural and decorative painting company which allows her to create beautiful spaces for others to enjoy. Shadia also works as an artist, teacher, and muralist.
